1. Who we are

AI Insider News is operated by Eugenio Fierro, sole proprietor, Via degli Astronauti 48, 80040 San Sebastiano al Vesuvio (NA), Italy, VAT ID IT11013761215 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@insidernewsai.com.

2. What you're buying

A one-year membership giving you access to a private WhatsApp group where we post a curated selection of news about artificial intelligence, every day, chosen by hand. Content is informational only. It is not financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and we make no promise that it is complete or error-free.

3. Price and automatic renewal

• Founding price. The first 100 members pay $80 per year. Members who join at the founding price keep it at every renewal for as long as their membership stays active without interruption. If you cancel and later re-join, the price in force at that time applies.
• Regular price. After the first 100 members, new memberships cost $100 per year.
• Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically every 12 months and your payment method on file is charged the then-applicable price for your membership, until you cancel. We will send you a reminder email between 15 and 45 days before each annual renewal.
• Price changes. If your renewal price ever changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time, in one click, from your Stripe customer portal: Manage subscription. You can also email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid year; you keep access until then. Cancelling is as easy as signing up — no calls, no forms, no questions.

5. 14-day refund

If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund you in full. No explanation needed. Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge on the same terms.

6. After you pay

After checkout you are sent to the WhatsApp group's join page. Membership requests are approved by hand, normally within the hour and always within one day. You will also receive the invite link by email. One membership corresponds to one phone number in the group.

7. Group rules

The group is read-only for members: only we post. Don't share the invite link, and don't redistribute the content commercially. We may remove a member who breaks these rules; if we do so without cause, we refund the unused part of the year.

8. WhatsApp

The service is delivered through WhatsApp, a product of Meta Platforms, Inc., under WhatsApp's own terms. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. If WhatsApp becomes unavailable, we will move the group to a comparable service or refund the unused part of your membership.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current membership year. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued membership after that date means you accept them.
