What we collect, and why
- At checkout (through Stripe): your name, email address, phone number, billing address and, if you choose to give it, your company name and tax ID. We use these to process your payment, issue your invoice, add your phone number to the WhatsApp group, and contact you about your membership (confirmation, renewal reminders, cancellation, refunds).
- In the WhatsApp group: your phone number and WhatsApp profile are visible to us as group admin. We do not export, share or use them for anything other than running the group.
- On this website: nothing. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this page. [If you later add Meta Pixel / Google Ads tags, this paragraph must be updated.]
Who else sees your data
- Stripe, Inc. processes your payment and stores your payment details; we never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, Inc. operates the messaging service the group runs on, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
For as long as you're a member, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep invoices (in Italy, 10 years). Your phone number is removed from the group when your membership ends.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@insidernewsai.com. We answer within 30 days. If you're a California resident you may have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor them on request regardless of whether the law technically applies to a business of our size.
Where your data lives
We are based in Italy and Stripe stores data in the United States and the EU. By using the service you understand your data may be processed in both.
Children
The service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you by email.
